HOW DO I ARRANGE AN AIRPORT PICK UP?    Please contact us by phone or  email to ascertain our availability.     

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS LATE COMING IN?  Please tell us your flight number at the time of booking and we will monitor the progress of your flight.    

HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?  Please contact us by phone to discuss your requirements. Payment can be made over the phone. A booking confirmation will be emailed to you once the itinerary is confirmed and full payment has been made.   

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TOUR/TRANSFER?  We accept credit cards (2.25% processing fee) and direct funds transfer (must be cleared prior to date of tour/transfer).  We can also invoice your business in the case of corporate hire.  Please read the terms and conditions for bookings and payments.

CAN YOU PICK ME UP FROM MY HOTEL? Yes. We can organise pickups/drop offs at hotels and private accommodation across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. For group bookings, we will negotiate pick up/drop off points.   

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY TOUR EXPERIENCE?  Yes definitely!  We would love to tailor an itinerary based on your interests and we will curate a tour based on our local knowledge. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY TOUR?  Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. Please refer to our terms and conditions policy. 

CAN I HIRE THE VAN AND A DRIVER TO TRANSPORT MY WEDDING GUESTS  TO THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION   Whether it's for a wedding, conference, your own private winery tour, hen's party or any other reason, our 12 seat mini-bus is available for hire with a driver (11 seat passenger capacity, 1 seat for the driver).  We can organise pick ups across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas, to/from Newcastle/Port Stephens airport, to/from accommodation and a shuttle service to events.
